- Need, meaning will you be able to read most or all of the reading texts within the book.
- Time, meaning will you be able to finish reading most or all of the book before your exam.
- Amount of text, meaning do you need that much reading? Especially considering you also need to cover the other skills such as listening, writing, speaking and grammar?
