are ready to choose from a range of payment options.

You can opt to pay using one of the following methods:
 Monthly block booking (via advance manual bank transfers).
 Automatic standing order (via set date bank transfers).
 PAYG (daily or weekly).
 Cheque payments (from schools and organisations only).
 PayPal (Within or outside of the UK).
 Cash deposits into our bank account. We are reluctant to take hand to hand cash

Please put the student name as a reference and not Arabic lessons, as we obviously do a lot of Arabic lessons and receive regular payments. Putting your child’s name helps us identify your payment quickly and avoids any delay or wrong cancellation of a lesson.

International clients may require further bank information to make payments or they can
choose to pay via Paypal, using our email address or phone number. International bank
payments may take a few days to clear. Please be aware that PayPal charges their own fees.

reminders. Payments are made on a four-weekly basis for each month, including months with

each month you do not need to wait for a payment reminder, once lessons have ended for
the month you are free to make the next month’s payment.

Payments are due by midday on the first of the month, at the latest, unless informed

We do not take payments for more than one cycle/month at a time. This means that you
