KS3 Arabic
A Pre-GCSE Arabic course for beginners. Learn the primary language basics.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This is an online Key Stage 3, Modern Standard Arabic, course for those looking to do a GCSE in Arabic, or study Arabic in general, without the exam route.
- Note: Although this is a basic course; this KS3/pre-GCSE Arabic course overlaps with some GCSE Arabic material towards the end. It can be taken once or twice a week.
Some prior knowledge, and experience of Arabic is recommended, as the course shall take longer otherwise. We have another basic short course that starts from scratch for those who have no Arabic knowledge at all.
- Online accessibility for distance learning.
- Should have a a good understanding of English.
The below are just a few of the topics and drills covered at this level. The amount of topics and drills covered will also depend on your ability, and speed. The below list is not exhaustive, some of the topics covered include:

This Key Stage 3, Modern Standard Arabic, course is suitable for those with some basic Arabic knowledge or a good level of Quranic Arabic reading. Suitable for:
- Teens and pre-teens
- Adults
We are available throughout the year, September to June, and during summer holidays. You are free to start the course at any time but it is preferable to start in August or September.
This course should take around 9 months, depending on ability.
You can go on to study:
- GCSE Arabic
- or; General Arabic at intermediate level.
